Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies (minimum 1 year).
- Strong reporting and data visualization skills using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, including dashboard/report creation and data-driven decision support.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- · Achievements & Accomplishments:
- o Demonstrated track record of leveraging data-driven insights to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- o Experience in developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards.
Job-Specific Criteria:
- Adept at using advanced analytics tools and techniques to solve business problems.
- Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity.
Cultural Fit & Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions.
- o Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Presentation Requirements:
- Clear and concise presentation of data findings and business insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
Additional Information:
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and to obtain the required security clearance
Work Location: Hybrid, Arlington, VA. Candidates are expected to be on-site multiple days per week.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $76,700 - $142,500.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
