You will join the Technology & Partnership Reporting team. Our team plays a key role in supporting senior management's day-to-day decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on technology initiatives and partner performance. We work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to align on reporting priorities, track performance, and surface insights that drive action, helping shape how Telenet delivers on its technology and partnership strategy.

Your tasks as a Data Analyst

  • You develop curiosity and a deep understanding of your domain's business context and processes.
  • You understand the business context and processes underlying business requests and reformulate them into clear insights questions.
  • You collect, query, clean, validate, and manipulate data from different sources to support reporting and analytical needs.
  • You define, build, and automate reporting dashboards relevant to the technology and partnership topics you are working on.
  • You develop a proactive partnership with your stakeholders, anticipating their needs and bringing data-driven recommendations to the table.
  • You perform deep-dive analyses on specific insights requests that lead to actionable recommendations for business and technology colleagues.
  • You contribute to optimizing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies, including the handling of ad-hoc business requests
  • You take an active role in the community of data professionals within Telenet, through sharing sessions, inspiration, and coaching.

Our ideal Data Analyst

  • You have strong analytical skills.
  • You have a hands-on mentality to really dive into the data and find the answers.
  • You have a constructive mindset and can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams, both from a business and a more analytical background.
  • You can manage an analytics initiative end to end, including strong communication & presentation skills and stakeholder management.
  • You have experience in reporting and a solid understanding of performance measurement.
  • You have solid knowledge of one of the main dashboard tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau); previous Qlik Sense experience is a strong plus, as it is our primary reporting tool.
  • You have exceptional knowledge of SQL. Experience with Snowflake is a nice to have.
  • You have an interest in technology, IT, and operational processes
  • You have a relevant degree and experience:  
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (business engineering, TEW, computer science, information management, etc.)
  • Min. 3 years work experience.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a bonus.
