Department: Impact Programs Desired Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree. Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from CSR and skill development programs. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI for program performance, beneficiary tracking, placement metrics, and stakeholder reporting. Create automated reports and visualizations for leadership, CSR partners, and internal teams. Analyze program KPIs, trends, and impact metrics to provide actionable business insights. Work closely with Program Operations, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Placement, and Leadership teams to understand reporting requirements. Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation. Support CSR impact assessment, compliance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Requirements Required Skills 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Power Query). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions). Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining data accuracy. Experience in CSR, Education, Skill Development, NGO, or Social Impact projects is preferred. Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and impact reporting. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage. Understanding of data governance and reporting standards. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Power BI Data Analytics, or SQL will be an added advantage.
