About the Role:  Sezzle is currently seeking a Data Analyst to help drive business outcomes through analytics. This role presents an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, measure performance, and improve operational efficiency.  You will collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, and People Operations to define key metrics, build reporting solutions, and deliver actionable analysis. Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, developing dashboards, performing exploratory analyses, and contributing Python-based analytics workflows that support scalable decision-making across the business.
