Data Analyst

<div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div>TRU is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to support analytics, automation, and credit risk initiatives in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role combines hands-on Python/SQL development with practical problem-solving across data, automation, and internal tooling.</div><div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Build and optimize SQL queries, data models, and datasets for reporting and analytics.</li><li>Develop Python pipelines and scripts for data processing and automation.</li><li>Create and maintain small internal web apps or microservices (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).</li><li>Support credit risk analytics, including scorecards, segment insights, and portfolio monitoring.</li><li>Use tools like n8n or Appsmith to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.</li><li>Strong skills in Python and SQL.</li><li>Basic experience integrating REST APIs.</li><li>Familiarity with lightweight web application development.</li><li>Ability to work full-time on-site.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Experience in credit risk or consumer finance.</li><li>General finance or lending domain understanding (e.g., underwriting, portfolio metrics, KPIs).</li><li>Exposure to automation tools such as n8n or Appsmith.</li><li>Comfort translating technical findings for business teams.</li></ul>
