Salary: $68,932 to $103,408 annually (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue within Corporate Billing and Accounts Receivable (CBAR), the Data Analyst supports revenue reporting with a focus on new revenue generation and identifying revenue leakage. The role is responsible for analyzing data, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and translating business requirements into actionable insights, while also supporting ad hoc reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and basic project coordination activities.
Duties
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to revenue generation and leakage
- Deliver actionable insights and business recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Perform advanced data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other query languages
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance analytical depth, forecasting, and insight generation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs
- Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators and drivers
- Evaluate existing reports and data flows, recommending improvements to better support business objectives
- Proactively identify revenue optimization opportunities and areas for process or financial improvement
- Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex data and business challenges
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively, providing regular updates and strategic input to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a recognized equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in data management and analytics
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other query languages
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
