As a Data Analyst II at ICON, you will analyse complex datasets to support decision-making and enhance clinical operations and research processes.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering clinical data analysis work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough data analysis to support clinical trial design and execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and optimization within clinical research.
- Interpreting complex datasets to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Assisting in the development of data visualization and reporting tools to effectively communicate findings.
- Establishing partnerships with stakeholders to leverage data analytics and improve research outcomes.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant clinical data analysis experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, or mathematics.
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in the clinical research or healthcare sector.
- Proficient in statistical software and programming languages, such as R, Python, or SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
