Responsibilities include updating, maintaining and analyzing daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc safety management reports; maintaining and supporting safety-related tools and systems including Safety Logic, MSDS, ISN, Browz, PICS, etc.; assisting the corporate safety team with communicating to Cintas field operations. Additional duties include the following: <ul> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Develops and maintains safety report documentation</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Reviews and maintains all exceptions to safety reports</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Initiates new safety report rollout processes</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Provides safety report training for employee-partners</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Supports internal customers and business leaders with any additional safety data requests</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Makes suggestions to safety leaders on processes to improve results</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Assists in safety problem resolution</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Will be involved in change management for process improvement</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills/Qualifications</H2> </div><div>Required <ul> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">2 years' experience in supporting safety reporting functions and/or business operations</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">2 years' experience in safety data analysis; implementing, administering and customizing safety reporting/metrics</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Skill set in data management, safety analytics, problem solving and business operations knowledge</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">High levels of organization skills and management of multiple projects/tasks</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Ability to travel up to 10% of the time</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Valid driver's license</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Business or Information Technology, preferred</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Corporate Health and Safety experience</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Experience supporting a corporate or location safety team</li> <li style="font-family:Arial;font-size:14.0px">Experience with data extraction, data manipulation, data loading and cleansing and report development</li> </ul> </div></div></div> Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
