Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives by gathering, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. The individual designs, develops, and maintains BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and the Microsoft Power Platform, while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting and self-service analytics solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring data from multiple sources, identifying trends and patterns, performing statistical and data analysis, writing and optimizing SQL queries, developing reusable BI assets, and ensuring the performance, reliability, governance, and security of analytics solutions. The role presents findings in a clear and concise manner, monitors the effectiveness of recommendations, and supports continuous improvement through collaboration with BI developers, data engineers, and business partners. Additionally, the individual maintains technical documentation, follows enterprise best practices, and contributes to process enhancements that improve solution quality, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

-Familiar with Data modeling concepts and basic data warehousing principles
-Microsoft Power Platform experience
-Experience or familiarity with financial services or investment services domains (e.g., Fund services, asset management, operations, or client reporting)
-Experience with BI tools or reporting platforms and working with data for analysis and decision support
-Use of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Altrex, SSIS, Kanban, Scrum, SDLC
-Ability to partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and priorities
-Knowledge of Data governance and data quality practices
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
