Data Analytics Lead
About this role:
The Data Analytics Lead will work closely with product leaders to track and report role and product performance on financial metrics like retention and New Business growth and help facilitate better decision making by providing consistent and quality insights.
This role requires strong business acumen to spot trends and generate actionable insights across the customer onboarding, engagement, and renewal journey by analysing 360-degree customer engagement (Gartner.com, Ask Gartner, Peer Community, and Digital Tools).
What you’ll do:
Drive role and product analytics reporting (dashboards and PPT reports for senior leadership) across Financial and Client Engagement domains.
Generate actionable insights for product managers by analysing historical trends. Utilize AI tools where feasible.
Track leading indicators of client value and retention
Partner with product leaders throughout the product life cycle to identify goals, benchmarks, and "happy paths," while establishing data quality best practices.
Prioritize data attributes for reporting and maintain a roadmap for analysis and dashboard views.
Design and manage actionable dashboards for Product Management and leadership teams.
Maintain knowledge of Gartner business data (market research, account/contract data) and integrate it with digital engagement data to create a comprehensive customer picture.
Partner with team members to assess the impact of client engagement across digital platforms (G.com, Tools, Peer Insights) on retention.
Automate PowerPoint reporting as an integral part of day-to-day activities.
What you’ll need:
Undergraduate degree in related field or with related coursework in Business or Data Analytics fields. Master’s degree preferred
5 - 7 years of experience in analytics
Proficiency in working with large amounts of data
Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and suggest opportunities for analysis and hypothesis refinement
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - in a written, verbal and in-person context
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in AI tools to analyse trends in data
Strong analytical skills and experience in generating insights from data from multiple sources.
Exposure to digital analytics, SaaS product analytics
Good hands-on experience in Power BI dashboards, uploading, transforming, and visualizing the data in the Power BI dashboard.
