Work with technical teams to evaluate and communicate data needs and ensure the right data is available.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0.0in; margin-right: 0.0in; margin-bottom: 8.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Cultivate - Lead a team of 3-5 other data analysts, identifying opportunities for your team to shine and grow. Identify opportunities for new projects, using existing tools in new ways, using existing data differently, and generally to demonstrating the value of data.</li> </ul>   What You'll Bring: <ul style="margin-top: 0.0in; margin-bottom: 0.0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0.0in; margin-right: 0.0in; margin-bottom: 8.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data science, economics, or another quantitative field.
