Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the data analytics function within our organization. This role is required to collaborate with various departments to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights. Your role will involve managing data analytics projects, developing analytical models, and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee data analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and develop analytical solutions that meet their needs.
• Design and implement data collection methodologies and data quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and accurate data.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques, data mining, and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and algorithms that support forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization initiatives.
• Interpret and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development in data literacy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, MIS, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or MIS is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with a focus on delivering insights and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI to create compelling reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance principles
