Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office)

Position Summary

The ideal candidate has experience in a business analytics or similar roles and possesses excellent logical and analytical skills. We expect you to be proactive, adept at problem solving and root cause analysis, and communicating business drivers to upper management. Fluency in English, being easy to work with and a strong work ethic are essential for thriving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Organizational sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related fields. Other educational backgrounds are acceptable if the candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Experience in an analytical role with responsibilities for clear and accurate communication with stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Experience in SQL and Power BI is a plus;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Curious mindset and desire for continuous learning;
  • Being able to work both as an individual contributor and as a part of the team;
  • Ability to investigate and effectively communicate insights and business drivers.

Job Description

The candidate will work in the Integrated Business Planning Organization and will collaborate closely with other team members and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating accurate forecasts within target limits, synchronizing operational metrics plans with Finance and Sales teams, and conducting regular meetings to communicate insights and business drivers. We value candidates who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and continuously seek better ways of doing things.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns in business metrics;
  • Develop and implement forecasting models to predict future business performance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision making;
  • Continuously refine forecasting methods to enhance accuracy and reliability;
  • Present findings and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders at regular monthly meetings;
  • Be the main point of contact for the subject matter, with comprehensive knowledge of operational business drivers.
