The role involves supporting relational and NoSQL databases, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion applications. This position focuses on installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning and ensuring compliance with security standards. The Database/Cloud Admin Engineering team is part of NetApp’s IT function and is responsible for a wide range of Relational &amp; NOSQL databases and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure comprising of Databases and Cloud ERP Fusion systems. Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgresql, MySQL, etc and NOSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis,etc</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform regular database patching, upgrades, refreshes and migrations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct periodic performance assessments for finetuning and optimization of SQL queries and database instances.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Implement and manage backup, recovery and resiliency strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">      </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">      OCI administration:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform basic provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of OCI services, including Autonomous Databases and VM Database systems., including Autonomous Databases, VM Database systems and Golden Gate.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in patching and lifecycle management activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">      </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">     Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Administration:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support the administration of Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion applications, ensuring performance and stability and working on post-refresh activities and assisting with deployments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Configure and maintain ESS jobs and BIP reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Configure and maintain role-based access control and data security policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provision, modify and deprovision user accounts with strict adherence to SOX and other industry-standard compliance requirements besides performing periodic access reviews.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate quarterly and one-off updates, patches, and maintenance activities including impact analysis, validations and production readiness.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education &amp;
