In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between DC Operations and our IT, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Applications teams — ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking progress against objective and governance for the platforms that DC Ops runs on, including DCIM, ITSM/Jira ticketing, Project Controls, CMMS, asset management, and adjacent business systems. You will not be writing code or administering servers. Instead, you will execute on operational pain points into clear product requirements, drive cross-functional alignment on tool selection and workflow design, partner with IT and Systems Engineering to deliver implementations, and own the change management, training, and adoption that make those tools work in production. Drive consistency across sites and regions.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="14:1-14:315;2476-2790">DCIM Ownership: Manage deployment and enhancement activities for DCIM capabilities supporting, covering asset and capacity tracking, power and cooling visibility, rack-level inventory, and integration with networking and procurement systems. Drive vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing data quality.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="15:1-15:313;2791-3103">Jira / ITSM Ticketing: Direct implementation and enhancement of Jira (or equivalent ITSM platforms) supporting operational ticketing, project tracking, workflows, reporting, and automation. Work with system administrators and technical teams to ensure operational requirements are successfully implemented.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="16:1-16:235;3104-3338">Project Controls Platforms: Partner with the DC Ops PMO and Construction teams to select, configure, and operationalize project controls platforms covering schedule, cost, change order, document control, and reporting workflows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="17:1-17:248;3339-3586">CMMS: Drive selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of the CMMS platform supporting preventive maintenance, work orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor service management.
