<p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p>
<p> We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Data Center Service Director to lead</p>
<p>global service delivery and operations for a key client’s data center and test/dev</p>
<p>environments. This U.S.-based leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service</p>
<p>performance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic alignment</p>
<p>across multiple international regions.</p>
<p>In this role, you will oversee a diverse, globally distributed team—including field technicians,</p>
<p>project managers, and service delivery leads—and serve as the senior point of contact for the</p>
<p>client. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, proven leadership, financial</p>
<p>acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement in a high-performance environment.</p>

<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p> Strategic Leadership & Direction</p>

<p>Define and execute the vision for global data center service delivery in alignment with</p>
<p>client goals and EOS strategy.</p>
<ul>

<p>Act as the senior escalation and communication point for all service-related matters.</p>

</ul>
<p>Develop and own the global service roadmap, identifying opportunities for growth</p>
<p>and improvement.</p>
<ul>

</ul>
<p>Drive a customer-first culture rooted in operational excellence and accountability.</p>
<p>Service Delivery Management</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Oversee end-to-end service activities including installations, maintenance, incident</p>
<p>resolution, and technical support.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational level agreements (OLAs).</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Conduct executive-level service reviews such as QBRs and ABRs with internal and</p>
<p>client leadership.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Align global service delivery with supporting functions such as PMO, HR, and</p>
<p>innovation.</p>
<p>Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement</p>

<p>Lead cross-regional initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and continual service</p>
<p>improvement (CSI) methodologies.</p>

</ul>
<p>Champion the implementation of automation and service management platforms to</p>
<p>enhance efficiency and reporting.</p>

<p>Ensure consistent governance and quality control across all active regions.</p>
<p>Team Leadership & Development</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Build, lead, and mentor high-performing international teams across multiple time</p>
<p>zones.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Foster collaboration across cultures and geographies to drive collective success.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Promote EOS values and leadership principles through development, recognition,</p>
<p>and engagement initiatives.</p>
<p>Commercial Oversight & Vendor Management</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Own the commercial performance of service operations, ensuring accurate billing,</p>
<p>budgeting, and financial transparency.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Manage third-party vendor relationships and enforce compliance with contractual</p>
<p>terms.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Support pricing strategies, contract renewals, and RFP creation for expansion</p>
<p>initiatives.</p>
<p>Compliance, Risk & Security</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-</p>
<p>DSS, and others.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Lead risk mitigation efforts to secure service continuity and infrastructure integrity.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership</p>
<p>role.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Proven experience managing large-scale, global data center operations.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Deep understanding of compute, network, storage, and data center infrastructure.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and orchestration platforms.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>ITIL certification or demonstrated experience with service management frameworks.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executive and C-level</p>
<p>stakeholders.</p>
<ul>
<li> </li>
</ul>
<p>Proficiency in resolving complex challenges with diplomacy and strategic foresight.</p>

<p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related</p>
<p>field.</p>

</ul>
<p>Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as business needs require.</p>
