- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data storage solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows for efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
