You bring 3-5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  <ul> <li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo </li> <li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing </li> <li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data </li> <li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) </li> </ul> Role responsibilities <div> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines, primarily leveraging SQL</li> <li>Develop and optimize complex queries to support analytics and reporting needs</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions</li> <li>Support experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data validation</li> <li>Work with analytics teams to deliver datasets used in dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)</li> <li>Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, tailoring messages for non-technical audiences</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment</li> <li>Contribute to best practices in data modeling, documentation, and governance</li> </ul> </div> <h3>Must have qualifications</h3> To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  <div> <ul> <li>Solid experience working as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in SQL </li> <li>Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations</li> <li>Understanding of data modeling concepts</li> <li>Experience working with stakeholders to define data requirements</li> <li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data to non-technical audiences</li> </ul> </div> <h3>Nice to have qualifications  </h3> <ul> <li> <div>Experience with dashboarding/BI tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)</div> </li> <li> <div>Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or statistics</div> </li> <li> <div>Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience in a client-facing or consulting role</div> </li> <li> <div>Knowledge of data storytelling and visualization best practices</div> </li> </ul> If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
