Data Engineer (.NET Specialist)

Job Role
This is a customer facing role for the Managed Service department and you will ensure that our
customers enterprise level web applications. These applications will typically be based on ASP.NET
technologies. Occasionally, we would need your help outside of the normal office hours which of course,
will be highly recognised and rewarded.
As a Data Engineer (.Net specialist) expect to be:
• Able to understand the client requirements.
• Upgrade existing .NET websites and applications.
• Design and deliver innovative software solutions in collaboration with Technology teams.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
• Documenting application operating procedures.
• Implement, improve, and maintain backend services.
• Design, develop Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Write optimized SQL queries and complex stored procedures.
• Serve as an expert on .net applications and provide technical support.
• Keeping up to date with the technologies as per need of the projects.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- C#
- ASP.NET / .NET Core
- Angular (preferably Angular 10+ or above)
- Entity Framework
- MS SQL Server (writing queries, stored procedures, database interaction)
- Good understanding of REST APIs/Web APIs
- Experience in application support and development
Good-to-Have Skills: - Azure Databricks
- PySpark
- Python
- Azure Synapse
- Azure App Services
- Data Platform / Data Engineering exposure
- CI/CD pipelines
