The Data Analyst Agents (Data Entry Specialist) will process and analyze cases and transactions pertaining to Midigator (Kount) chargeback process support

What you’ll do:

  • Process assigned workload based on Midigator rules and playbook

  • Investigate and analyze transactions history.

  • Provide chargeback claims resolutions inline with customer request.

  • Align and coordinate process improvements with leadership team.


What experience you need to be eligible:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or back office.

  • B2 or above in English proficiency.

  • Excel or Google Sheets experience.
