We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support content management for our websites, an online platform that offers promotions, deals, and discounts. This role focuses on uploading and managing promotional content, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and engaging. There is potential to grow in responsibilities as the business expands. Responsibilities include uploading promotional folders to the PromoZilla platform, ensuring automation where possible, and maintaining content accuracy across the site. The role requires working with a CMS backend similar to WordPress, managing updates, and collaborating with the team to streamline workflows and improve processes


Location:

Remote, preferably based in Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina


Language:

English is preferred but not mandatory


Requirements:

  • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably similar to WordPress
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to follow processes and work independently
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work


Preferred qualifications include experience with data entry for e-commerce or promotional platforms, knowledge of process automation tools, and a basic understanding of marketing workflows. Creativity is not required, but precision and consistency are essential for success in this role.
