This role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automating data processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across KA Sales, Channel, and Operations teams.</p> <p>The position plays a key role in improving data accuracy, standardizing data sources, reducing manual work, and supporting operational efficiency in China CLS.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p>Data Analysis & Reporting<br>•Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking (revenue, margin, customer, product, dealer, inventory, rebate, etc.).<br>•Translate business requirements into analytical models, KPIs, and visualizations.<br>•Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.</p> <p>Data Modeling & Transformation<br>•Build and optimize data models using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.<br>•Integrate data from multiple sources (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook attachments, databases, etc.) and ensure data consistency.<br>•Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.</p> <p>Automation & Process Improvement<br>•Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes to reduce manual work.<br>•Support end-to-end data flow from source systems to Power BI reporting layer.<br>•Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and operational efficiency.</p> <p>Business & Cross-functional Support<br>•Work closely with Sales, Channel, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs.<br>•Support dealer management, SAS data reporting, inventory tracking, and rebate analysis.</p> <p>Data Governance & Documentation<br>•Follow data governance and access control standards.<br>•Document data definitions, report logic, and KPI calculations.<br>•Support data standardization initiatives within the organization.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Required</H2> </div><div><p>•Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field.<br>•2–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI reporting, or similar roles.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experiences/Education - Desired</H2> </div><div><p>•Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, DAX). <br>•Solid knowledge of Power Query (M) for data transformation. <br>•Experience working with Excel (including large datasets).<br>•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.<br>•Ability to translate business questions into data insights.</p></div></div></div><div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Corning is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and considers requests for reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable laws.
