<p><strong>Data Integration - Team Lead - #873</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location: </span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Fort Belvoir, VA</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;469777462&quot;:[4680,9360],&quot;469777927&quot;:[0,0],&quot;469777928&quot;:[3,4]}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span><strong>TS/SCI w/CI Poly REQUIRED</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.</li> <li>Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications of Data Steward / Policy Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.</li> <li>4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Desired: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.</li> <li>Required: Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current DoD&nbsp;Top Secret /&nbsp;SCI Security&nbsp;Clearance with&nbsp;ability to obtain CI Polygraph.</li> <li>Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 Calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul>
