Data Integrity Specialist I
What You’ll Do At Elekta
As a Data Integrity Specialist I, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business data that supports global supply chain and operational processes. Based in Poland and working within a global environment, you will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Data Operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity and system synchronization issues.
Reporting to the Data Integrity Manager and supporting the Head of Supply Chain Digitalization, you will contribute to the stability and effectiveness of core business systems through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and operational support. This role offers the opportunity to work on global initiatives, develop automation and reporting solutions, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve system synchronization issues related to inventory, in-transit stock, open orders, item master data, material review processes, integrations, and system errors.
- Monitor and proactively address daily system alerts to maintain data accuracy and operational stability.
- Perform data maintenance activities, including data entry, data validation, intelligent data updates, and mass update processing.
- Execute analytical reports and dashboards to monitor data quality, synchronization, and operational performance.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues using structured methodologies and established processes.
- Create, maintain, and improve process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support operational decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Develop tools, reporting solutions, KPIs, and automation opportunities to improve team efficiency and data quality.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Support the development of sustainable business processes backed by reporting and analytics.
- Contribute to global projects, special reporting activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.
- Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, standardization, and optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree-level education, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Database Administration, Application Development, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in supply chain support, inventory control, data analysis, or a similar business function.
- Fluent English skills at a minimum B2 level.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to data investigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and summarize complex data clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, improve processes, and take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with INFOR M3 ERP and/or Salesforce systems.
- Knowledge of EDI methodologies and messaging processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, Qlik Sense, and SharePoint.
