About our team Main responsibilities in this role: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Lead the design, deployment, and tuning of Symantec DLP policies across endpoints, network, email, and cloud channels. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Integrate Symantec DLP with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS native security and compliance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, AIP, AWS Macie). </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Implement automated data classification and tagging for GDPR-regulated data, with a focus on unmanaged personal data and shadow IT.</li> </ul> Who you are Your background and skills include: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Technical Requirements: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Hands-on experience with Symantec DLP, including policy creation, EDM/IDM fingerprinting, and response rule configuration. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Hands-on experience in implementing Symantec data discovery and classification engines in Cloud Environments. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experienced in Microsoft Purview DLP, Azure Information Protection for cloud-native data protection. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Familiarity integrating DLP with SIEM/SOAR platforms, especially Cortex XSOAR, including custom playbook development and API integrations. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Symantec DLP skills example: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Policy authoring and incident response workflows. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Network Discover and SharePoint Scanning. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Custom response rules and remediation actions. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Integration of Microsoft Information Protection with Symantec: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Compliance & Governance Strong knowledge of GDPR, including data subject rights, breach notification, and cross-border data transfer implications. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with Data Security challenges in multinational financial institutions. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to document DLP controls and map them to business and regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Enterprise Environment Experience: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Minimum 3 years managing DLP systems in large enterprises (10k+ users). </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Demonstrated success in implementing Symantec Data Classification in cloud environments.
