Data Migration Consultant – Real Estate CRM

Job Summary</u></strong></div><div>We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Consultant to lead the end-to-end data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes for a real estate CRM migration project involving Property-xRM. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>2. Must Have Skills (Mandatory)</u></strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis)</li><li>Proven expertise in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>3. Good-to-have Skills (Optional)</u></strong></div><ul><li>Domain knowledge of the real estate industry</li><li>Prior experience working with Property-xRM or similar CRM systems</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>4.
