Data Officer – Adult Learning

If so, you could be a great fit for our Adult Learning Data Officer role in the Employment and Skills Team at East Sussex County Council.
As Data Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Adult Learning programmes across East Sussex by ensuring learner and programme data is accurate, complete and up to date. Working closely with colleagues and delivery partners, you will maintain high-quality records, support data collection and reporting processes and help ensure information is submitted accurately and on time. You will also promote strong data quality practices and consistent record keeping, providing reliable information to support programme monitoring and delivery.
This role is a one-year fixed term contract with the potential for extension, subject to funding.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience of working in an administrative or data-focussed role
- Have attention to detail
- Can communicate effectively with a range of people and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Are organised, able to manage their workload and comfortable using IT systems to input and maintain data
