<p><strong>About AppDirect</strong></p> <p>Become a digital, global citizen and enable the new generation of digital entrepreneurs around the world.&nbsp; AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform to sell any product, through any channel, on any device - as a service.&nbsp; We power millions of subscriptions worldwide for organizations.&nbsp; We do this by our values-driven culture—one that enables you to Be Seen, Be Yourself, and Do Your Best Work.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What you'll do and how you'll have an impact</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Represent the interests of users and partners through relentless pursuit of data quality.</span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Receive and manage requests in the Jira project workflow tool.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Act as contact between the AppDirect business teams and development teams regarding making sure that the data is moving through systems properly.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Interpret file-mapping and conduct testing across multiple platforms and formats.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Assist AppDirect Managers to operationalize data migration for the critical business initiatives and the </span><span style="color: #000000;">data architecture roadmap (analyze/document/implement/test/troubleshoot)</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Provide data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Assist in collecting business requirements, </span><span style="color: #000000;">documenting on how data is used in through AppDirect business, and in </span><span style="color: #000000;">data testing/validation/UAT.</span></li> <li style="color: #4a4a4a !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Utilize AI in daily and long term tasks for efficiency.</span></li> <li style="color: #4a4a4a !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Support Strategic Projects from Leadership (</span><span style="color: #000000;">Churn, Provider Strategic Data, etc.)</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What we're looking for</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relative experience.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">2-4 years of experience in data operations analysis, querying and manipulating data for analysis (SQL/Python/Etc.)</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with relational data architecture.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with data analysis, transformation, normalization, and conversion.</span></li> <li style="color: #4a4a4a !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience AI Prompting for data analytics and agent building.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Advanced Excel User (skill and efficiency).</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience communicating to a diverse stakeholders (bridging the business and technical teams).</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Excellent soft skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote.
