- Generate Certificates of Conformance in ProShop for all outgoing shipments; route to Lead Inspector for sign-off
- Own FAI package coordination as R/A: collect all FAI elements (dimensional data from CMM Programmer, material certs, special process certs, balloon print from QE — Quality Planning), route complete package to the responsible modality QE for engineering sign-off disposition
- Track FAI package status to closure — flag incomplete elements and escalate to the responsible QE or Lead Inspector
- Maintain data pack completeness standard: ensure every package that goes to the Lead Inspector for sign-off contains all required customer-specified documentation
- Coordinate with the Lead Inspector on data pack timing relative to shipment schedule
