This role requires close collaboration with various architecture teams to integrate systems and data models effectively. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and robust data platforms that support business needs and technological advancements, while continuously refining the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to promote efficient data platform integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Experience with designing secure data architectures that protect sensitive information across platforms.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to data access, storage, and transmission.
- Familiarity with encryption techniques, identity and access management, and security protocols relevant to data platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with architects and engineers to embed security measures within data platform components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Data Security.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
