Our mission is to empower teams across the Enterprise with high-quality data that drives operational efficiency, strategic insights, and faster, more confident decision-making. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Data Product Manager leads the development of data products that drive business value and support user-centric decision-making. This role is responsible for advancing data accessibility, governance, and quality while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operating at the intersection of data strategy, product delivery, and business outcomes, the role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data products — from discovery and prioritization through delivery and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to manage data dependencies and remove bottlenecks, and a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality data products efficiently. </span></p>
