The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Role Purpose</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">We are seeking an accomplished Data Program Manager to lead a complex, cross functional enterprise data transformation initiative focused on improving data maturity across the company. This role will partner closely with divisional and functional Data Management Offices (DMOs), business leaders, and IT teams to drive execution of a broad portfolio of data initiatives spanning data strategy, data governance, data quality, data stewardship, data architecture, and data integration. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The Data Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating a high visibility program that enables stronger data foundations, clearer ownership and accountability, improved quality and trust in critical data, and scalable data capabilities that support business transformation. This role requires exceptional program delivery expertise, the ability to lead global matrixed teams, and a strong track record of driving execution across business, technical, and vendor stakeholders. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">While experience in enterprise data management is strongly preferred, success in this role will
