Job Description

Primary Function of Position

We are looking for a passionate world-class Global Data Quality Analyst who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of Human Resources data to join our Human Resources People Services Team.

This role is critical in transforming the organization’s approach from reactive, cycle-based data management to a proactive, continuous data quality model with strong audit discipline, standardized controls, and ongoing monitoring. The position supports operational excellence, audit readiness, and decision-making by maintaining high-quality employee data through regular audits, validation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Governance - Define and implement a global HR data quality framework across Global regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC) by establishing standardized data definition, validation rule and Audit protocols
  • Data Audits & Controls - Lead regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) global audits on Human Resource processes by developing control frameworks and audit checklist. Identify system (Workday and Service Now) gaps, ensuring closure of audit findings.
  • Stakeholder Management – Act as global Subject Matter Expert for Human Resource data quality and governance. Partner with key stakeholders across the globe and drive alignment between regional operations and global standards
  • Continuous Monitoring & KPI Management - Design and track global data quality KPI’s including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and SLA adherence. Enable insight-to-action processes using metrics and trend analysis
  • Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement – Identify to reduce opportunity to reduce manual intervention, eliminate recurring data issues and improve upstream data processing. Should lead initiatives aligned to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 + years of hands-on experience with Global HR Operations/HR Shared services, process and data management
  • Understanding of multiple HR business process alignment with HRMS platform from a global perspective   
  • Experience with the following tools: Workday (or other HCM system), Success Factors, HRMS and ServiceNow- a big plus.
  • Good knowledge of Data compliance, audit framework and governing principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and global projects
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
