We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DQM Consultant with 5–6 years of experience to join our ATLAS Revenue Assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer delivery data across platforms related to ATLAS tools. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Validate customer delivery data to eliminate inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure data synchronization and consistency across systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain accurate, structured data to support customer onboarding.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Apply validation rules and GUID mapping for complete data.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor data quality through dashboards and track KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Investigate root causes of data issues and drive resolution.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage escalations and ensure compliance with SLA.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with other team units and internal stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify and implement data quality improvements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide regular reports and updates on data quality.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Incorporate feedback to refine DQM processes continuously.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5–6 years of experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, or related roles</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as RDBMS and ServiceNow</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong understanding of data validation, RCA methodologies, and DQM reporting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in ITSM processes is an advantage</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Skills:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong troubleshooting skills to identify data quality issues within enterprise systems and perform effective root cause analysis (RCA)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working in Agile environments</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to manage escalations and meet tight deadlines</li> </ul> <h3>Why Join Us?</h3> At ATLAS Competence Center, you will join a highly collaborative environment where data quality directly supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
