Working alongside data engineers, architects, product owners and senior business stakeholders, you'll help shape the future of data and AI across BT Networks while delivering measurable business value.</p> <p>You'll join a collaborative team that embraces innovation, experimentation and continuous learning, giving you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact at scale.</p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you’ll be doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Designing and developing advanced data science, machine learning and AI solutions to address complex business challenges.</li> <li>Extracting, analysing and interpreting large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.</li> <li>Building, testing and deploying predictive models, machine learning solutions and AI capabilities.</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to improve network performance, customer experience and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.</li> <li>Developing custom algorithms and analytical models to support strategic and operational decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborating with Data Engineers to integrate models and AI solutions into production data platforms and pipelines.</li> <li>Presenting insights, recommendations and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using clear visualisations and compelling storytelling.</li> <li>Helping drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, methodologies and industry trends within Data Science, Machine Learning and AI.</li> <li>Contributing to the development of BT Networks' longer-term Data and AI capabilities and strategy.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Skills / Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Enterprise level experience applying Data Science, Machine Learning and AI techniques to solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Commercial experience using Python and SQL, including working with large and complex datasets to perform advanced analysis and modelling.</li> <li>Demonstratable background in communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating data into clear business insights and recommendations.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desirable Skills / Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li> <li>Experience developing and deploying machine learning models within enterprise environments.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).</li> <li>Knowledge of MLOps practices and machine learning lifecycle management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of statistical modelling and advanced analytical techniques.</li> <li>Experience developing data products and data-driven solutions.</li> <li>Telecommunications, networking or technology industry experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of broadband, Wi-Fi, voice, TV services or network performance analytics.</li> <li>Experience influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of data-led decision-making.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, tools and emerging industry trends.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Package</b></H2> </div><div><p>Tailored benefits make a real difference.
