Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven DT Intern Data Science & Analytics to support the Digital Technology function.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges, enabling the candidate to work with operational and financial data, support analytics-driven decision-making, and contribute to ongoing DT initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Assist in analyzing large datasets from enterprise systems and business sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel

Business Support & Analytics

• Collaborate with business and DT teams to understand reporting requirements
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Assist in documenting business rules, data definitions, and calculation logic

Project & Operational Support

• Support ongoing digital and analytics initiatives
• Assist in tracking action items, issues, and basic reporting for projects
• Contribute to preparation of documents such as analysis summaries or requirement notes

Automation & Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency
• Support development of simple automation solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT concepts such as networking, hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) is an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid UAE residency
