The position exists to strengthen the IP Intelligence function by leveraging advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to generate strategic technology and innovation insights. The role is responsible for transforming complex internal and external data sources into actionable intelligence that supports technology scouting, trend analysis, competitive intelligence, innovation portfolio assessment, and strategic decision-making. Its permanent objective is to continuously enhance the quality, speed, and impact of IP Intelligence through modern emerging digital methodologies. Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities <ul> <li>Participate in the design and development of end-to-end AI and analytics full-stack solutions using relevant technologies.</li> <li>Independently define solution approaches, develop required functionalities, and implement them by analyzing inputs and desired outputs.</li> <li>Perform data preprocessing, harmonization, and feature engineering to prepare modeling datasets.</li> <li>Design and develop a scalable, modular architecture for new and existing AI applications.</li> <li>Demonstrate hands-on experience with LLM-based AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and guardrails across the full lifecycle.</li> <li>Have experience with cutting-edge technologies such as RAG, MCP, A2A, and knowledge graphs.</li> <li>Bring professional experience in developing full-stack web applications, including web apps and REST APIs, with strong back-end and front-end software engineering skills.</li> <li>Possess advanced Python programming skills and experience with relevant data science/AI frameworks and agentic AI orchestration tools and workflows, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Temporal, Celery, Airflow, and Dagster.</li> <li>Have solid DevOps skills and cloud infrastructure knowledge, including Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Quickly and independently get up to speed on new topics.</li> <li>Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Exercise sound independent judgment while collaborating with others and influencing project teams. </li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data science, Data Analytics or a similar fields</li> <li>2-4 years of working experience</li> <li>Advance knowledge in Python programming and experiences in data science using Python (familiar with the libraries Pandas, Scikit-learn, Streamlit, SpaCy, Gensim, NLTK, re, Plotly, Matplotlib, huggingface, transformer, openai, Langchain)</li> <li>Professional experience in the development of web applications such as WebApps and REST APIs with JavaScript frameoworks and with Python</li> <li>Experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate</li> <li>Experience with data visualization techniques such as PowerBI etc.</li> <li>Experience in Machine Learning especially in the field of supervised machine learning and classification (create, train, apply classifier and evaluate results)</li> <li>Experience in regular expressions and natural language processing creating preprocessing pipelines)</li> <li>Familiar with and comfortable using the latest technological tools, including ChatGPT</li> <li>Working experience with LLMs (incorporate LLMs in WebApps to solve business tasks) and creating prompts for various tasks.</li> </ul>
