The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT &amp; IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.<br><br>We're hiring people who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business metrics to uncover actionable insights.</li> <li>Define and own key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting.</li> <li>Design and analyze A/B experiments to guide product decisions.</li> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, and Growth teams to solve high-impact business problems.</li> <li>Measure and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and user success.</li> <li>Build predictive models, segment users, and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and engagement.</li> <li>Communicate insights clearly and influence product strategy.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Product Data Science, Analytics, or a related role.</li> <li>Strong SQL and Python skills with experience working on large datasets.</li> <li>Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data modeling.</li> <li>Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar.</li> <li>Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with AI or LLM products.</li> <li>Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, dbt, Airflow, or Spark.</li> <li>Experience in consumer products or high-growth startups.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Emergent?</strong></h2> <p>You'll work on one of the fastest-growing AI products in the world alongside exceptional engineers and researchers, solving challenging problems at massive scale.
