Data Scientist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team focused on data and AI-related products. This role is suitable for mid-level professionals who are eager to contribute to the development and optimization of real-world business problems.

We are a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers who work with clients to solve existing problems and proactively design new optimization tools. Responsibilities:
• Translate unstructured business problems into well-defined machine learning projects
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Account Managers to identify existing
problems on time, prepare modeling solutions, and apply them in real-time
environments.
• Build and deploy ML and DL models for real-time predictions
• Build model performance monitoring tools/use the existing tools in the system to keep
track of production-level models’ performance
• Prepare documentation for custom models
• Effectively communicate outcomes of analytics models to a non-statistical audience

Requirements:
• Degree in a quantitative discipline
• Relevant experience doing ML work either in financial services or technology company is
desired
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models/algorithms
• Extensive programming experience in Python
• Experience in building custom dashboards is also desired,
• Knowledge of data structures and data engineering solutions is desired,
• Knowledge in Reinforcement Learning is a plus

• Intermediate or upper level of English
