The position requires continuous collaboration with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. The Data Strategist plays a key role in fostering data-driven culture and ensuring that data initiatives align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate data governance practices to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
- Continuously assess emerging trends and technologies to enhance data strategy and architecture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with data security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive data initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
