At Turning Point, you will be empowered and equipped to use your unique skills and abilities to glorify God and make an eternal impact while being part of a professional Christian community and relational work environment.</div>Position Summary: The Data Systems Specialist reports directly to the Director of Data Systems & Insights and supports operational data processing, reporting, and automation functions. This position manages inbound order and donor data; develops and maintains SQL Server and ETL processes; supports automated import and reconciliation workflows; and ensures data accuracy across reporting systems.   This position also develops Power BI reports, maintains documentation, executes operational tasks, and collaborates with internal departments to support business processes and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Scrub, validate, and process orders from the web, mail, and external call centers into Studio Enterprise</li> <li>Develop and maintain SSIS packages for loading, validating, and transforming raw operational files</li> <li>Develop and maintain SQL Server processes used in imports automation, including stored procedures, views, and validation logic</li> <li>Support automated processing of external call center data, including media attribution, discount handling, premium/purchase classification, and offer-rule logic</li> <li>Process Bi-monthly Autopay</li> <li>Support daily imports operations, including order cancellations, exception handling, and ETL reconciliation</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Keep all documentation up to date</li> <li>CC5/EFT5 Auto-giving processing and related reporting. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
