  • Validate source data, investigate discrepancies, reconcile results, and establish data quality controls.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing support, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Manage Power BI workspaces, applications, permissions, deployment pipelines, gateways, refresh schedules, row-level security, and report distribution.

  • Develop standard operating procedures, user guides, training materials, release notes, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct dashboard demonstrations, user training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Provide technical leadership, peer reviews, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level analytics professionals.
  • Support project planning, backlog management, sprint activities, risk identification, status reporting, and delivery schedule management.
  • Monitor deployed analytics products and recommend enhancements based on user feedback, performance, and evolving mission requirements.
  • Elicit business, functional, data, reporting, and technical requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clearly defined analytics solutions.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process maps, data mappings, and requirements traceability documentation.
  • Manage requirements changes, priorities, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and approval decisions.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, solution demonstrations, design reviews, and user acceptance testing.
  • Communicate effectively between technical teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain traceability from initial business need through final solution delivery and acceptance.
