Kenvue is recruiting for a Senior Analyst to support its Deductions Operations and Resolutions Team.Ā  The role will be based in Bengaluru. As a member of this team, you will support daily operations and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards.

What You Will Do

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure completion of assignment volume with accuracy and TAT in line with SLA

  • Adherence of hybrid WFO/WFH model

  • Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.

  • Process Automation: Performance manage automation, identify performance issues through root cause and corrective action analysis to maintain and improve automation effectiveness.Ā  Use process, customer and performance knowledge to identify automation performance enhancements.

Deductions/Dispute Management Oversight

  • Key activities inclusive of but not limited to:

    • Identification of customer deductions

    • Collection of support documentation

    • Root cause analysis and deduction resolution

    • Process deduction adjustments and write-off balances

    • Ensure incoming deductions closure in line with SLA

    • Reporting & Analytics

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with exposure toĀ  deductions, and/or reporting

  • Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.

  • A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work and communicate with management on issue resolutions and decision making

  • Excellent data entry and processing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Basic SAP skills are desirable
