<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>● As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.</p>
<p>● Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training. </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<p>● Change Impact Assessment: ○ Conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes on various teams and individuals. ○ Develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.</p>
<p>● Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: ○ Create clear and compelling communication materials to inform employees about upcoming changes.○ Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. ○ Ensuring communication throughout the change cycle is managed and implemented.</p>
<p>● Training and Development: ○ Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures.</p>
<p>● Change Implementation: ○ Facilitate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring that timelines are met, and desired outcomes are achieved. ○ Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.</p>
<p>● Data Analysis and Reporting: ○ Analyze data and feedback related to change initiatives. ○ Prepare regular reports to track the progress of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong> </p>
<p>● Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Technology field</p>
<p>● Proven experience in system implementation</p>
<p>● Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process</p>
<p>● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</p>
<p>● Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.</p>
<p>● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.</p>
<p>● Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.</p>
<p>● Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.</p>
<p>● Knowledge of project management principles.</p>
<p>● High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.</p>
