Responsibilities The Opportunity Join our Forecasting and Statistical Modeling team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will leverage analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to improve demand forecasting performance and support business decision-making. You will work with large datasets, identify patterns and opportunities, develop analytical solutions, and collaborate with planning teams to drive more accurate forecasts and better business outcomes. Your Impact As a Demand Planning & Forecast Analyst, you will: Analyze forecasting data to identify trends, opportunities, and drivers that impact forecast performance. Develop and enhance statistical and machine learning models to improve forecast accuracy. Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause assessments to better understand business challenges and planning opportunities. Design and maintain analytical solutions and dashboards that provide actionable insights to planning teams. Partner with forecasting and planning teams to solve business challenges using data-driven approaches. Monitor forecast performance, identify shifts in demand patterns, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support data quality initiatives and help ensure reliable information is available for forecasting and planning processes. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and impactful way. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Fluent in English (oral and written) 2+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, supply chain analytics, business analytics, or related areas. Knowledge of supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting processes. Experience working with statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, or predictive analytics. Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling techniques. Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
