Job Description


About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide end-to-end endpoint and workplace technology support across RWWA’s corporate and retail environments. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for device lifecycle management, identity and access administration and ensuring reliable and secure IT services for staff.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, operating systems and software
  • Provision, configure and manage endpoint devices across their lifecycle
  • Support collaboration tools including telephony, video conferencing and meeting rooms
  • Administer user accounts, access and permissions across identity platforms
  • Manage service requests and incidents through the ITSM platform
  • Support endpoint security, patching and compliance activities

Qualifications


About you

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience supporting endpoint devices in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of endpoint management and deployment technologies
  • Experience with directory services and cloud identity platforms
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and service request workflows
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (telephony, video conferencing, meeting rooms)
  • Understanding of OS deployment, patching and application packaging
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident diagnostic skills
  • Well-developed communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
  • Awareness of endpoint security and policy enforcement
