Desktop Support Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide end-to-end endpoint and workplace technology support across RWWA’s corporate and retail environments. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for device lifecycle management, identity and access administration and ensuring reliable and secure IT services for staff.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, operating systems and software
- Provision, configure and manage endpoint devices across their lifecycle
- Support collaboration tools including telephony, video conferencing and meeting rooms
- Administer user accounts, access and permissions across identity platforms
- Manage service requests and incidents through the ITSM platform
- Support endpoint security, patching and compliance activities
Qualifications
About you
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience supporting endpoint devices in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of endpoint management and deployment technologies
- Experience with directory services and cloud identity platforms
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and service request workflows
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (telephony, video conferencing, meeting rooms)
- Understanding of OS deployment, patching and application packaging
- Strong troubleshooting and incident diagnostic skills
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Awareness of endpoint security and policy enforcement
