Digital and PR Analyst
Job Description
The LATAM Marketing team plays a key role in ensuring the success of Givenchy and Kenzo across the 17 Export Americas markets where products are sold through agents. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager Export Americas, the Digital Marketing & PR Analyst supports the team across digital media, influencer marketing, PR and e-retail to drive brand desirability and performance across the region. This role serves as the primary point of contact with HQ teams in Paris across these disciplines, ensuring regional activations are aligned with global brand guidelines while addressing each market’s specific opportunities and needs. It also involves close collaboration with Brand Managers and their digital teams throughout the year, supporting the execution of the 360° marketing plan and overseeing the regional digital A&P budget. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in digital media, PR and/or influencer marketing, ideally from an agency or brand environment, passionate about luxury beauty and capable of managing multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
PR & Influencers
- Validate influencer profiles for paid collaborations and seeding campaigns through internal platforms and gather HQ approvals.
- Adapt influencer briefs for content creation
- Validate PR initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Consolidate organic and paid influencer campaign reports and share key learnings and results with the HQ PR and Influencers team.
Digital Media
- Collaborate with the regional media agency by preparing accurate briefs in line with HQ guidelines, providing all necessary campaign information, sharing media plans for HQ validation, reporting bugs and ensuring follow-up to optimize campaign performance and meet KPIs. Oversee the regional digital A&P budget, supporting R1/R2 revisions in close alignment with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Prepare digital performance reports (deep dive, full report and data) to present learnings and next steps to the Marketing Manager, share results with local teams and submit to HQ.
E-Retail
- Support Brand Managers and digital teams with asset requests, approvals and content updates for e-retail websites.
- Translate and adapt monthly social media calendars and the master file for new product codifications for e-retail.
- Coordinate and supervise Perfect Store online across regional retailer websites in close coordination with the HQ E-Retail team, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines including copy, packshots and optimized product assortment.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of key e-retail moments across the region, including Cyber Week and Black Friday activations, coordinating with Brand Managers and retailer digital teams to maximize sell-out and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Influencers, PR or digital media agency, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, French is a plus
- Experience in partnering with agencies (ability to brief accurately, to negotiate prices, to challenge creative and technical teams, report bugs and ensure follow-up)
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and able to create impactful presentations (Canva and CapCut highly preferred)
- Passion, curiosity & interest for beauty and luxury industry, must be up to date regarding latest media trends and digital tools and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation & public speaking skills both verbal and written to “non experts”
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing environment with little supervision
- Problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organization & time management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills and drive for results
- Must be “hands-on” and get involved with the details.
