This includes creating and updating pages using predefined templates and guidelines, ensuring all content is properly structured, QA’d, and published accurately, with consistency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif">Execute web content updates and page builds across Shopify, Sitecore, and HubSpot, including creating pages from templates, editing existing content, performing QA checks (links, images, formatting, metadata), and publishing approved content accurately and on time.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif">Apply defined digital best practices during content updates, including SEO (metadata, alt text, headers), UX (content structure and formatting), and accessibility standards, ensuring all updates meet established guidelines.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif">Identify and flag website issues or improvement opportunities during execution (e.g., broken links, layout inconsistencies, missing content), and document them for review.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif">Log, track, and update website issues in the designated system, Azure DevOps, ensuring accurate details are captured and escalating blockers or high-priority issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;Times New Roman', serif">Support implementation of technical updates by following defined requirements, coordinating with relevant teams for execution, and performing QA checks to validate updates before and after releases.</li> </ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;Times New Roman', serif">2–3 years of experience in digital content management, website publishing, or similar execution-focused roles.
