Digital Marketing Performance Analyst (Hospitality)

✨ About the Role

At Amadeus, the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst plays an important role in managing and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a focus on the hospitality sector. You’ll engage in regular client communication and support the implementation of strategy for multiple hotel clients across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

You’ll work closely with a team of Digital Media Performance Strategists and Ad Operations professionals to deliver impactful client initiatives and continuously improve campaign outcomes.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans by researching target audiences and recommending appropriate channels and budget allocations.

  • Recommend new products and identify opportunities to expand budgets with existing clients.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client landscapes to assess potential impacts.

  • Collaborate with Strategists to create engaging ad copy and keyword lists for client approval.

  • Coordinate campaign setup, tracking workflows, and timely launch of new and renewal campaigns.

🌟 About the Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing paid search or display advertising campaigns, or working in a data-driven analytical role.

  • Familiarity with Digital Media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.

  • Good copywriting skills and comfort communicating with clients in meetings and calls.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and levels.

  • Experience in hotel marketing, hospitality, or tourism is helpful but not required.
