From colo design/implementation, to optimizing our exchange connectivity, to building world class low latent Wide Area Networks, we leverage research and automation to consistently adapt and innovate our infrastructure to scale and drive our trading and evolving business.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:<br>An RF hardware engineer responsible for owning driving improvements in the analog/RF design portions of our radio products. Core responsibilities include:<br>• Drafting and reviewing RF specifications<br>• Producing block diagrams for RF/analog subsystems<br>• Managing vendors for outsourced RF design projects<br>• Guiding schematic and PCB design for internal development projects<br>• Conducting lab and field testing<br>• Debugging RF issues in development and production<br>Skills You’ll Need:<br>• Experience with drafting/reviewing RF specifications, block-level system design, and managing vendors/subcontractors<br>• Familiarity with PCB design considerations for RF circuits<br>• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and debugging<br>• At least 5 years of experience in the design of RF circuits and systems<br>• BS/MS in Electrical/RF Engineering or equivalent experience<br>Bonus Points:<br>• Experience with wireless communication systems<br>• Proficiency in Python</p>
